You can expect to be welcomed on this first appointment with a blank slate. I am not interested or concerned if you have tried before. You are welcome to share if you would like to but its not essential within the sessions.

  • You will feel validated with your feelings on wanting or needing to give up.

  • There are 2 structured sessions with around 1-2 days between each session.

  • The first session is an exploration into your habits and I will talk your through a short relaxation trance plus provide you with one to listen to for each evening.

  • The second session is a longer and deeper trance.

  • It is important to commit to daily listening of your self-hypnosis track that you will be given in session 1 to ensure we are accessing your subconscious mind to communicate and clear those old habits and to make way for new pathways.
