You can expect to to be listened to and witnessed with any and all your feelings and symptoms.
Every person is different and symptoms can vary greatly.
Don't minimise your own symptoms because you hear others express theirs to be more challenging.
Try to not think the worst if your symptoms seem more unmanageable than others.
I will support YOU in whatever state your mind, body and soul is in and we will work with the most important aspect affecting you first.
1-2-1
If you would like to be supported 1-2-1 then my packages will be the best value for money. The Lavender or Lotus package contains 4-6 appointments and between 300-450 minutes of therapy time to delve into your feelings and work together for the best solutions that will work for you.
I draw in teachings from a wide range of sources and will create bespoke sessions that help to connect with your awareness of what is happening in your body and tools to take with you in your daily life.

Expectation of the sessions
Mindful Menopause
I am really proud to be a Mindful Menopause Hypnotherapist. This is a wonderful course created by Sophie Fletcher, Clinical Hypnotherapist, founder and author of Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing.
Mindful Menopause is a 6 session structured course that enables an exploration and deeper understanding into what is happening to you at this important time of life.
Mindful Menopause Private Groups
The teachings and structure fully supports you in a private group with friends, family or colleagues helps each other to feel supported within the sessions but also in your daily life. Please see the appointment page for Mindful Menopause Private Groups for additional booking details.
The timings of the sessions for this group will be arranged with the lead organiser.
It is possible to arrange a face-to-face group setting by arrangement if you are local to Sussex. Please contact me regarding this.
The sessions will be held on Zoom and enables each person to be fully comfortable in their own home, being able to enjoy the relaxation parts.
Options: Depending on the group decision and availability.
6 weekly sessions (60 minutes approximately each) -
3 x 2 hour sessions
2 x 3 hour sessions
Leave an additional 30 minutes at the end of each session for over-run due to relaxation and sharing.
Booking option:
Each participant will need to pay on the website for the Mindful Menopause Private Group. This includes all the 6 sessions plus the
The Lead Organiser needs to be identified at the time of booking
During the day, evenings or weekends are all possible and will need discussing within your group and options provided to me so I can amend my availability.
I will liaise with the Lead Organiser to confirm suitable dates and times.
Mindful Menopause Community Groups
A weekly class on a rolling basis for the 6 week course structure. This will be flexible for a wide range of schedules.
The sessions will be held on Zoom and enables each person to be fully comfortable in their own home, being able to enjoy the relaxation parts.
6 weekly sessions (60 minutes approximately each) -
Leave an additional 30 minutes at the end of each session for optional relaxation and sharing depending on the group
Booking options:
Pay on the website for the Mindful Menopause Community Space. This includes all the 6 sessions.
After payment has been made you will receive a link to book the weekly sessions. Please book ALL the sessions you can attend to ensure you receive the correct Zoom link for each week.
If you need to miss a session you can join that particular missed session in the next cycle but you will need to book the session. You won't need to pay again as this is included in the course price.
