Loss and Bereavement

Loss and Bereavement takes many forms:

  • Mourning someone who has passed

  • Navigating anticipatory grief for a loved one’s decline

  • You may be declining yourself and need comfort and acceptance on your journey

  • Feeling the loss of a relationship or friendship

The weight of trying to function through the fog of loss is real and heavy.

Grief is not something to fix. I offer gentle therapies to help you process, cope, and find peace. When you're ready, I’m here with you.

You can expect to receive a lot of patience and softness within this healing journey. You may feel apprehensive about talking to anyone about your grief and you may think that no one understands.

  • I can help to reconnect you with moments of calm and meaning and to learn to live alongside those feelings.

I have experienced grief in my life and I have supported others. I understand that everyone experiences this differently.
