The weight of trying to function through the fog of loss is real and heavy.
Grief is not something to fix. I offer gentle therapies to help you process, cope, and find peace. When you're ready, I’m here with you.

I can help to reconnect you with moments of calm and meaning and to learn to live alongside those feelings.
I have experienced grief in my life and I have supported others. I understand that everyone experiences this differently.
