If you're curious about hypnotherapy but hesitant to dive into a full session, this taster hypnotherapy trance is the perfect introduction.
The appointment is 50 minutes and you can expect the relaxation trance to be around 35-40 minutes, but I will make sure you are comfortable before we start.
Designed for newcomers, this session focuses on providing a deep relaxation experience rather than actual therapy, allowing you to explore the trance state without pressure.
Everyone's perception of this state is unique and you won't need to disclose any personal challenges during this appointment, ensuring a comfortable environment.
After experiencing this taster session, you're welcome to explore our other individual services or packages, and you're still encouraged to schedule a free initial consultation.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Bookings
· All bookings and payments are made through the secured website.
· Fees are collected at the time of booking via the website. Cash/cheque is not accepted. Currently no facility to take cards over the phone
· If there is any problems or issues with the website, payments may also be made through a secure link via Calendly, which will be sent to you as a contingency.
Appointments
· Once payment has been made you will receive a link to book your first appointment. Please book this as soon as possible to avoid disappointment for your chosen time.
· If you have booked a package, please book all the dates you require for all your appointments. This is to ensure your choices are available.
Date Changes
· 48 hours before booked appointment time may be rescheduled within 6 months subject to availability.
· No date changes within 24 hour of appointment time
Cancellations
· Non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 6 months from the purchase date not the date of the appointment.
Late Arrivals
· Sessions will end at the agreed time. If late for an appointment, your therapist will attempt to offer the best possible service within the time left, however the appointment will end at the agreed time with no adjustment to the fee.
Early arrival
· if you arrive early, please wait for your appointment you will be held in a Zoom waiting room.
Packages
· Please book all your package appointments when you have paid and received the link to ensure availability for your chosen dates and times
· You are responsible for booking your dates as soon as possible
· Packages are only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
· All appointments must be completed before the package expire
