  • I will work with you to find a deep level of relaxation and a safe place within your subconscious that you can revisit yourself through your own personal self-hypnosis recording.

  • Once we can reach a level of relaxation it is easier to access the factors causing the stress and realise how well you cope in your daily life that you may have forgotten about.

  • I have access to a range of modalities and often bring in a combination of these to the appointment depending on your response and will also provide you with tools to enable you to cope more easily with the stresses and strains of daily life.
