It is not a deep hypnosis recording, and you will remain aware of my voice throughout. It is completely fine if you drift into sleep and wake naturally. After listening, you will be able to continue your day as usual.

How to use this recording for best outcomes:
Listen in a quiet, safe space where you will not be disturbed.
Have extra blankets available, as body temperature can drop during meditative and relaxed states.
If possible, wear an eye mask and listen using headphones to allow yourself to fully absorb the sound and imagery.
Place your phone on silent or vibrate, and set an alarm for 35 minutes in case you drift into sleep during the recording.
Have a journal or voice memo ready to note any insights, feelings, or reflections once you have finished listening.
Try not to overthink the outcomes, your subconscious mind is gentle and will offer the insights you need at the right time.
You may listen to this recording as often as you feel drawn to.
